SALES MANAGER
Due to the active business development, one of the largest advertising digital agencies in the Baltic market is looking for a sales manager to join its team! RealWeb is an international digital marketing agency that is working on large-scale projects, bringing together a wealth of experience in the field of marketing. Our company has partnerships with such platforms as Google Premier, Facebook, TikTok and DV360.
Responsibilities:
- To successfully maintain relationships with key B2B clients (Latvia and export).
- To attract new clients and participate in competitions (Latvia and export).
- To be a project marketing communication coordinator: preparation of proposals, presentation, coordination tasks, monitoring the efficiency of campaigns and analysis of results.
- To actively participate in new advertising projects and strategies, to take part in the creation and implementation.
Requirements:
- Education: higher or incomplete higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B and in customer service and project management. Experience in an advertising agency will be an advantage.
- Excellent Latvian and English, preferably knowledge of Russian.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows.
- Sociable, sales and business customers focused on personality.
- Ability to make decisions independently and solve problems while working on various projects at the same time.
- High sense of responsibility, precision, strategic thinking
- The desire to become an expert in digital marketing in the world

IF YOU ARE A DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT AND YOU HAVE:
- Experience in working with Google Ads and Google Analytics on the every-day basis for at least 1 year.
- Practical experience in creating ads for CRO/CPA in search engines and social networks.
- Analytical approach, concentration, striving to expand knowledge in the field of marketing.
- Knowledge of Latvian and English.
- Experience working with export customers (will be an advantage).
- Experience with advertising in Mobile Apps (will be an advantage).
